It’s not uncommon these days for a once was “Vegan” to experience health issues & suddenly turn to meat claiming they feel so much better, within hours!
Let me begin by saying, no two vegans eat alike…vegan is not a diet, it’s an ethical stance…So in all reality, to state a Vegan diet did not work is an impossibility as there is no such thing, Vegan only excludes certain products but makes no guidelines with what is included as a dietary regime.
Meat is a stimulant… it’s a form of poison to the human body…
Ingesting meat gives the person who eats it a temporary high, a feeling of elation or energy…
The poisons & putrefaction created upon digestion quickens the bodies organ function…
As the body attempts to expel this putrefactive & poisonous waste as quickly as possible, a surge in false “energy “ is often felt & misinterpreted….
like all stimulants, it’s short lived & the user will need another fix sooner or later, to feel that “energy” again…
Stimulants such as meat are deceiving & acid forming (our bodies must invoke hydrochloric acid & pepsin just to break this complex chemistry down) & ingesting meats overtime causes calcium loss from our connective tissues as the body buffers & counteracts the acidity…This calcium loss leads to parathyroid issues which leads host to many symptoms our medical system cannot explain.
The putrefaction created breeds & feeds parasites, which is another reason one may have a false sense of well-being when ingesting flesh, if the parasites are happy, one feels at peace or “satisfied” for a short period…
A vicious cycle ensues, until the one ingesting meat understands & learns the truth in order to eventually eliminate the poison…
The meat eater will go through a down period, a low energy period, which is normal & expected when eliminating meat or any stimulants out of the diet…
Overtime, our bodies will adjust & heal somewhat to no longer being poisoned periodically….the body must get used to not relying on the stimulating nature of meat for “energy”…
So yes, many vegans feel tired & lack “energy” when stimulants are eliminated from the diet…
Individuals often return to the meats because their diets consist of predominantly acid forming, mucus forming, complex chemistry such as bean, rice, corn, etc. These foods are not going to help bring energy levels up or help to heal the adrenal glands…Fruits on the other hand will help to heal the body in time…
A vegan diet is not the whole answer to our health issues, (no two vegans eat alike, one could eat pure junk while the other eats all fresh produce) although vegan diets are closer to the truth than the individuals ingesting meat under false pretenses (for energy, “protein”, etc.)….
I’ve been through the fatigue & adjustment period the body must enter to reach improved health… it’s a process, just as it was a process of systematically poisoning the body daily for many years in order to build disease…
It’s only Natural that bringing the body into health takes time…
A diet full of fresh fruit, raw veggies, green salads can provide all the energy & chemistry it needs to thrive, overtime if given the chance…
