What is healthy?
How do we obtain health?
What I’ve noticed over the many years of working alongside individuals is that it is often something that we are doing ourselves that holds the body back from healing and correcting itself…
Health is achieved through simplicity, which is the opposite to that which we are taught in today’s world…
In the mainstream circles, they make health seem so complicated – as if the average person couldn’t possibly figure out their own health and body because there is this created “Separation” of whole body, complete with something to take (Pharmaceutical, supplements, etc.), for each separate symptom one experiences. That is not how health truly works.
Health is achieved through digestive rest, simple foods, low stress, sunlight exposure, adequate sleep, movement, fresh air flow, clean water and motivation to heal.
All these factors must come into balance overtime, and it takes time to master – which is why true health is a journey, and one must be motivated to do so – you’ve got to want it!
I would say that consultations with individuals are my most rewarding aspect with what I do because I get the opportunity to examine ones current habits, choices & routines in order to help pinpoint that which may be holding them back from achieving the health they so desire.
I do enjoy doing Iridology readings as well, however, with Iridology, the problem area’s within ones body are revealed and these area’s tend to become the focus – for it is these area’s that we must focus on and heal in order to regain ones health. Sometimes I feel as if an Iridology reading is bad news, focussing on the negative, yet it does depend on how you look at things. Iridology is an amazing tool to be utilized, it is non invasive & revealing of ones internal condition – if you are ready to face it head on!
I really enjoy doing 2nd Iridology readings though, because it is in the 2nd reading where I get the opportunity to outline where improvements have been made (hopefully), and people are more open to hearing this good news! I love iridology because it lays everything out on the table, our true health is revealed and no matter how painful, I always want to face the truth head on.
Health is a journey, a lifestyle filled with ups and downs, continual improvements and adjustments as we progress towards a healthier version of ourselves.
I suppose that is why I enjoy the art of Yoga (deep breathwork & stretching) so much, you can do the same poses day in and day out, yet every time it is a completely different experience depending on many factors. Yoga can be as challenging, or as gentle as you want, it’s entirely up to you, it always has been.
Obtaining health is similar, it can take time to achieve results, and we may engage in the same type of eating or lifestyle routines day in and day out, but eventually reward comes in the form of symptom relief, and when it does, motivation to continue this lifestyle comes as well.
It’s all the little improvements that we notice in ourselves along the way that motivate us and prove to us that we are correct in the path that we have chosen, we just need to be patient – the way Nature is.
I wish everyone well along their path, whatever it may be.
Happy healing everyone….
