Our Bacteria fear….

Bacteria is actually present to help you, and to do a job, which is cleaning up & breaking down waste within the body…

If we are to focus on the bacteria itself, and target that bacteria, this approach will not bring you remedy for your health issues…

The bacteria are not the underlying issue, bacteria are a symptom of a deeper issue…

Focusing on why the bacteria is present (the root cause) is the key to finding remedy.

If you’ve created the perfect inner terrain, or environment for the bacteria to thrive, your diet is to blame for why it there, and your diet most likely needs improvement…

The chemistry that is brought into the body needs to be addressed…

The root cause for bacteria overgrowth within stems from the continual ingestion of acid & mucus forming foods such as meats, milks, eggs & complex foods such as grains, legumes & starches…

When we focus on a diet of fresh fruits, veggies, greens & herbs, overtime bacteria will cease to be an issue… Raw fresh fruits & veggies are anti parasitic as well…

Personally, I wouldn’t categorize bacteria within as “bad bacteria”, because without it, the waste within would affect the body at a faster rate if the Bacteria were not there to help you to break it down & deal with the waste that’s continuously created…

Here’s a shout out to Bacteria!!! Thank you for helping humanity from the times when  people decided to eat other foods aside from the ones they were so obviously designed for!!

Going after bacteria & not the root cause is somewhat like attempting to shoot the messenger!!

Remedy…

“It’s vital that the first meal of the day Is fruit!

It energizes, it turns on the nervous system, it flushes the kidneys…

Eat a heavy meal in the morning and it discombobulates you”…
