What mainstream advice is harmful to our health? What advice is widely believed, repeated & followed with little investigation because we trust in the authorities on health?

  1. We need to get our “protein “ ….

No, we don’t… what we need is the amino acids which can be found in  perfect ratios in fruits, herbs, greens & vegetables… bottom line is that when we heal our malabsorption & Adrenal issues, deficiencies no longer are an issue…This takes a lot of time & patience.

•proteins are highly acid forming lowering the ph balance of the body which causes inflammation and tissue weakness leading to tissue death..

  • We must  drink milk for “calcium”…

If you think drinking milk from another species is the answer for those seeking calcium, then you must also think nature made a mistake &  that every family would have to own a cow in order to stay healthy (this is if big companies & corporations were not around to milk all the cows for you)….if our bodies were not full of mucus/toxins & acids, calcium issues would cease to exist… it’s the continual ingestion of acid forming foods which cause the body to leach calcium in order to counteract the acidity created within through wrong foods for our physiology that gives one the notion that an outside source of calcium from a cow is required….

  • “We need probiotics or fermented foods for a healthy gut”

 More misinformation!!!

Fermented foods are rotting, putrefaction foods …they are in a state of decomposition, they are fungal foods, candida proliferators….
fermentation Is a glorified word for putrefaction… “same bacteria and environment and same output- acids, alcohol & co2” just because fermented foods are passed off as a health food, does it make it correct? Probiotics? Marketing is tool used by those that it serves to benefit…Fermented foods were used & created in tough / desperate times as a preservation technique….,if you like the taste, eat them, but know that you are not getting any special health benefits through ingesting rotting, fermented foods which add to the acid side of chemistry within our bodies…

  • “Fruits have too much sugar” –

 Ok, this one is highly detrimental to buy into, this belief teaches us to avoid the only foods on the planet that can hydrate, cleanse, regenerate, and supply our cells with the energy they require…

“Fruits, being a simple sugar, are superior for diabetics, pancreatitis, hepatitis, and all other gastric and intestinal conditions. Fructose does not require insulin or extensive digestive enzymes. Fructose is not broken down into glucose; it absorbs directly into the bloodstream ready to be used. It needs no conversion”.

If you want to fear sugar… fear the complex sugars which are one (among many) causes of our health issues -such as diabetes… the grains & starchy foods (complex sugars) contribute to the insulin resistance issues over the fruits, and starches are technically “sweeter” than fruits…something we are never told…

  • You need “healthy fats “ for health…

Now this statement has individuals seeking out oils (isolated chemistry), fatty animal products, fish oils  & plant fats such as avocados…
Fats are lipids = anti inflammatory… everyone feels better when eating them (temporarily) as they suppress and soothe any symptoms one may experience… they do not assist the body to heal, fats slow down detoxification & digestion, and they are mucus forming…

Fruits & vegetables contain the perfect amounts of fats, amino acids, etc for the human body in the correct ratios…

Now, if you were the average person following this mainstream, harmful dietary advice in the name of health,  one’s health will inevitably decline… the body will continue to accumulate acids/toxins/ mucus…. one will inevitably experience symptoms due to eating foods that our bodies are not biologically designed for & the individual will wonder why this is happening when following all the guidelines put forth as healthy dietary habits.

There is more that I could add to this list, however, I think that you get the point.  I feel it may be time to re-examine who we put our trust into when it comes to matters of health…
