We do not need “TO TAKE” anything…
For building true health, it’s important to just let go…
There isn’t a product, vitamin, supplement, herb, pharmaceutical, isolate powder, protein powder or shake that can “help you”, or initiate healing within, the body heals on its own when we create the correct environment for it to do so, and in order to create the correct environment, less is more.
We are completely programmed from an early age into thinking that we need to take something, for something…
If we cough, we take cough syrup…If our throat hurts, we take something else. If we experience pain or a headache, there is always a pain killer. We have a product to compensate for every uncomfortable experience the body may go through.
We often feel lost without “something” to take. We feel incomplete if we don’t do, or take something for the symptoms that arise.
To suggest that we focus on diet, and a health promoting lifestyle, without some kind of substance “to take” is completely foreign to people, it just doesn’t feel right because we are so used to these over-complicated lifestyles / routines & because we are taught that obtaining & maintaining health is complicated & requires a myriad of products from vitamin C, Magnesium, iodine, etc., to support each separate area of the body.
The bottom line is that the health industry is over – complicated & saturated with misinformation. The health industry is one giant confusion program, we have entire stores filled with products that you can take for the promise of better health to prove it.
What if I shared with you that NONE of it is health promoting? What if I pointed out that every product available does not assist the body to heal & that most products suppress symptoms & burden the body with additional waste to contend with? Most would call me crazy- yet those are the people with cabinets full of these supplemental products. Don’t get me wrong, I once tried a few vitamins and supplements myself, lucky for me, it just didn’t feel right and later on I discovered why through my research on how to bring the body back into health.
The body doesn’t require, or utilize, complicated mixtures of any kind, this is where we’ve gone completely off course. The body requires simple, whole foods, clean water, low stress, fresh air and adequate rest & movement for true health. As Dr. Morse states, “If we take it, we don’t make it”. The body will become dependent which isn’t the path towards true health.
Yet here we are living in stress & fear, eating complex meals containing a myriad of ingredients & preservatives while taking our vitamins & our supplements in-between. We over-exercise, or hardly exercise at all, we don’t sleep long enough or soundly, our tap water or bottled water is not fit for an animal to drink, we breath in city/apartment/stagnant air while avoiding healthy/hydrating foods that should be eaten as whole meals (not just snacks) such as fruits!!
No wonder we are living in poor health.
The truth is simple. It always has been, yet we’ve managed to over-complicate achieving health to the point where even if an individual sees a dietician, naturopath, doctor, health coach, etc., they still come out feeling lost & confused because the advice they were given did not lead to health & because they will continue to hear conflicting information on the daily – leading to more confusion.
When does it end?
It ends when you turn off all the noise and confusion. It ends when you learn the truth & apply it – it ends when you achieve actual results for yourself. The problem is, people often misinterpret suppressing their symptoms -as results.
There are no special products out there that can “help” you, you must help yourself through gaining a true & real understanding with what the body requires for health & healing.
Save your money, invest it in quality fruits, greens, vegetables, garden seeds, maybe a vitaMix or a juicer… take your time with yourself, it took years & years for your symptoms to develop – now it’s going to take time to let go and to un-complicate your life & dietary choices.
The most difficult aspect I find for people is giving the body enough time to cleanse itself.
The body must go through periods of elimination that must be endured without taking anything to suppress this inevitable and necessary process. This sometimes involves feeling sick, lethargic, or awful in someway & so many people are unwilling to go through the elimination & detoxification process without taking something for their symptoms – so what generally happens? They blame the Healthy foods for their issues & fall back to their past habits & dietary ways. They then go on to speak about how they tried eating a diet high in fruits & natural foods but it didn’t work for them – leading to more confusion for others to follow.
This is why I cannot stress enough with how important uncovering the correct information is, and to not lose sight of that information. Maintaining health is not just a diet, it is a lifestyle that requires continual attention due to the surrounding world. If you’re still living in the world of protein powders, pills, vitamins, supplements, isolates, pharmaceuticals, etc., you still have a lot of work to do, and that is okay, just so long as you recognize it and take the necessary steps to get yourself on the road to true health.
