If you have the time…

Meaning, if you are not dealing with debilitating dis-ease or health issues, I would suggest taking a slow transition over to a fruit diet for healing & detoxification purposes ….

Why?

Because it’s not only the body, but the mind that needs to get there or adapt…

We have decades of eating outside of our species-specific diet combined with being saturated with social conditioning, programming & dietary misinformation, often, if we jump right in, it doesn’t always last…

To jump right in is advisable only if one does not have the time…

transitioning slowly is the key (IMO) for long term success…

we humans have been eating outside of the diets that nature designed for our physiology for too long…

So here we are, generations in, we can now see just how detrimental it is to be ingesting foods that are not designed for our species…

Why did my great grandfather appear to be in good health eating meat & potatoes? Why did the native Indians appear to do well eating the death of animals?

Previous generations were better off because they had less generational encumbrance issues to contend with…

Meaning, with each passing generation, the health issues the mother acquires is passed on to her children along with the genetic issues passed onto her… it’s a domino effect… these health issues pile up until we reach the point where babies are born sick – which is where we are at today …

How can we smoothly transition over to fruits in order to heal the body?

By a gradual process of elimination…by slowly incorporating the “good”(alkaline) which will leave less room for the “bad” (acidic).

Eliminate the most harmful products for the human body first, give yourself time & space to reach your goals & be realistic as to the amount of time it may take to reach your goals…

Dairy is by far the worst food for humans (raw & pasteurized) it’s not food designed for human consumption (its baby cow growth fluid) and our bodies suffer each time this foreign chemistry enters our bodies…ingesting dairy results in calcium LOSS from our own body…

Grains unfortunately are acid forming, highly constipating, loaded with glyphosate & very difficult to digest… we have large commercial operations to grow, shuck, preserve & grind grains, but if you had to do it yourself, you would be eating a loaf of bread a year!  I’ve grown the wheat myself, harvested & shucked it by hand, dried it, ground it into flour and made bread in the past – not an easy task…The little red hen knew this, lol…

Meat is in fact the dead tissue of an animal, and I realize that we’ve been taught & programmed to believe that if we do not find an animal & eat it dead, we will become “protein” deficient & die…it’s time for these LIES to die… high protein foods are the main reason humans are doing so poorly health wise as a collective (aside from pharmaceutical use, vaccines & environment)….tell me, what did that animal ingest to create the protein you think you need for health? Grass or plants! Amino acids… we humans need amino acids, which are readily found in fruits & veggies, in the proper ratios & digestible form for humans…

By eliminating the foods which do not serve the body, the body will slowly begin to revert back to what it was designed to eat… and while you may not want, or crave fruits at this time, don’t worry about it, it takes time & if you have it, take it…

Eating fruits for breakfast daily & slowly eliminating harmful foods from the diet is the key…

overtime the body will naturally crave that which is serving it, cleansing it, hydrating it & bringing it back to health…

I promise, you will begin to crave fruit if you give it time and begin each day with fruit on an empty stomach…

Without health, life is not all that it can be…
