The sunshine is finally making an appearance…🌞
I am hearing a lot of complaints regarding sunburn…
If your diet is predominantly acid forming foods (meat, dairy, eggs, grains), the foods you are eating will have a negative impact within…When our bodies are acidic, the acidic sun can burn you much like an acid on acid effect…when our bodies are alkaline and truly hydrated, the acidic sun and your alkaline body compliment each other and work in a symbiotic relationship…
Nature sends us messages and our beautiful sunshine sends us clues… The sunshine will kiss you with a beautiful tan, or scorn you with a burn, depending on how you choose to live…depending on your body chemistry created by yours truly…
Expect to burn or for some type of negative sun reaction such as light sensitivity, rashes, heat stroke, etc. if you are taking pharmaceuticals, vaccines, are highly stressed or eating foods that are outside of our species-specific diet such as the meats, dairy, eggs, processed foods, etc.
I once burned yearly, & thought it was because I was a fair skinned individual…I never once suspected my diet was the cause & that this could be changed…
I’ve proved to myself that diet & lifestyle have everything to do with how our skin reacts to the sun….I’ve also heard many others who change their diets to high fruits or even healthy vegan diets mention this as well…
Fortunately for me & my health, the foods I eat today, and for the last 5+ years, are hydrating & alkalizing…over the years, I’ve cleansed & eliminated some of the mucus & acidic waste from my body & the results?
My overall skin tone has darkened from what it was years ago, my tan lasts months in the winter & I can spend hours in the sun & no longer burn…I love the sunshine more than ever and do not feel quite right if I do not get at least 10 minutes of sunshine daily…
What I love about the truth is that it’s easy to test on yourself… don’t take anyone’s word for it, go for it!!
