That’s a loaded question, where to begin?

Basically, in simple terms,  we humans have a lot of toxic waste within our bodies from eating outside of our species specific diet for many years…

These toxins accumulate within over the years…

The high protein foods, such as meat – dairy, eggs & grains have affected our bodies beyond comprehension as they create mucus & acidic waste which slowly accumulates within our bodies over years of ingestion….slowly, aging our bodies, slowly breaking down tissue, slowly degenerating ….

Detoxification is about removing that waste safely, & at the same time, not adding anymore additional waste to contend with …

Detoxification is about focusing on the fruits & raw foods, either immediately or living for a while on a mucusless diet first & then transitioning over to the fruits & raw foods…

To some individuals, this may seem like an extreme way to go about healing, however, there truly is no other way to heal the root cause of disease issues…

You know what I say to that ? “ Hey, at least we can still eat delicious food while healing”!!

You have to eliminate all the foods you are used to eating because it’s those very foods that brought you to this point & Because the only other true option is fasting!!

Detoxification is about healing the kidneys to filter properly & moving the stagnant lymphatic waste out of the body – it takes a little effort & willpower …

It’s about opening all our channels of elimination, hydrating & letting it all out!!

Detoxification is about systematically cleansing the body, & then later, rebuilding the body on the correct foods designed for our physiology… it’s a process…

It’s about trusting in your body & nature, it’s about creating the correct environment & getting out of the way while losing the doubts & fear…

during detox, one may become skinny as the body rids itself of accumulated waste, only later to rebuild that same body on the foods that create true muscle & health.

Detoxification should be done safely & ideally working alongside a Detoxification Specialist such as myself… ideally one should prepare for detoxification if coming from a Standard American Diet (SAD)… the whole process takes time & patience as nature works slowly, it takes many years to accumulate the waste & inflammatory conditions people suffer with, so give yourself at least a year of detoxification…

If one can resist the backlash, the societal pressures & muster up the willpower which is essential for success, the rewards shall be yours!!

Life is not all that it can be if you are not experiencing it in good health…

When we are not living in good health, we are living a diminished version of our lives …
