Health is an Inside Job
We all desire health, yet not all of us are willing to let go of the dietary & lifestyle choices that we are accustomed to.
Building health requires daily effort, it is ongoing, and it involves the will to get well (or to maintain health) at all costs. Now I could say the same thing for building poor health as well, it also requires dedication in the opposite direction. It’s our daily habits that either build health, or build poor health overtime. I’ll never forget the physical and emotional suffering that I once endured because that pain became the motivation that I required to achieve health- and now that I’ve healed my long list of health issues that once prevented me from living my best life, I do not plan to return to that world – ever if I can help it. Like everything worthwhile, maintenance & special attention to detail is required to keep oneself in health. Our lives are filled with daily, seemingly insignificant decisions that add up to big results in time.
The reason why I developed symptoms, and poor health issues in the first place was because I was never taught the importance or the impact that our dietary & lifestyle choices have upon the body – because no one around me knew either. I didn’t realize the accumulative impact that my daily dietary choices had on my overall health until it was to late. I didn’t have a clue that I was placing burden/overload/excess on an already backed up lymphatic system and that if I would have simply begun to eat less often, to offer my digestive system a regular rest (intermittent fasting), I likely could have avoided a lot of unnecessary pain.
It was the pain that motivated me, and influenced me to finally figure out how to find remedy.
I remember the last doctor that I had seen, he was a “Nerve Specialist” and he told me that there was absolutely NOTHING that he could do, or suggest, for remedy and that I should be prepared to take Pharmaceutical Pain Medications for the rest of my life. I was in my early 20’s then. According to this “Nerve Specialist” that another clueless doctor had referred me to, I had a “Dead Nerve” in my leg and it wasn’t possible to heal this issue. Looking back on this once stressful situation, I am thinking how absolutely absurd it was, and how uneducated that specialist really was. Hearing such news caused such a stress & he was prepared to send me off to take a lifetime of medications for a health issue that he didn’t understand nor did he understand the negative impact the toxic pharmaceuticals would have on my overall longterm health either. If I had listened to his advice, and accepted his reality, I would not be writing this out, Instead I would likely be laying down – in pain, wondering why I was so unlucky in life, wondering why my liver was now failing as well. All pharmaceuticals cause accumulative damage & harm, there is no safe, or effective drug medication for the human body, even Tylenol or Aspirin is extremely toxic and will lead to additional health issues overtime because the human body is not designed for such products, the human body is designed for whole foods in their natural form – period. Whole foods in their natural form combined with other health promoting practices is true medicine for the human body. A large majority of people do not realize how detrimental it is to eat certain foods on the daily that the body cannot utilize for maintaining proper health.
Today, looking back, I just have to shake my head. For all the doctors that I went to trying to find answers for my pain, not one came close to having any good suggestion with how to obtain remedy. Today, I’ve healed this “Dead Nerve” in my leg that once caused me tremendous pain in my body from the age of 6. I am certain that I never had a dead nerve to begin with, I think that specialist just drew a random explanation from his jumbled up mind so that I had something to justify his recommendation of a lifetime of pain medications.
Now that I’ve learned the true cause for human suffering and pain, the explanation is quite simple in my mind, and so is the remedy, it just requires long term application and patience. Once I gained that understanding, I had no problem waiting for my body to correct itself because with what I had already endured, what was another couple of years? When our lymphatic system becomes backed up and inflamed due to the acid forming food and stresses, pain can arise in localized areas of the body, these are our weak points. Pain is simply a message from the body to change our habits and our ways, because what we are currently doing is not beneficial. Pain can dominate every situation in life, it will ruin days, months, & years and remain there until you do something about it. Reversing the pain requires daily effort and knowledge (yet its not that complicated) we must adopt a health promoting diet & lifestyle filled with health promoting habits and routines. As our health improves, our motivation to continue is renewed. It took me 29 years to finally figure out what it was going to take to heal, and it took another couple of years to actually heal the issue.
Here I am, 7 years in on this path, and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for having discovered this information found in 2 books that made their way into my life at the right time. That leg pain wasn’t the only health issue that I had suffered with during the course of my lifetime. I truly believe that if I had continued on the path that built my health issues to begin with, I may not be walking today – yes, it was that bad. We cannot continue to eat the foods that we are not designed to eat, and not expect pain to arise in some sort of way. It seems that most people today accept pain as an inevitable part of life. I’ve spoken to many people over the years that admit that they are not willing to change their ways, and that they would rather live in pain than change their diet. I am not sure if they realize that the pain only becomes worse as we continue to violate the laws of Nature, and that in time, they will likely become dependent on others, even a burden if they do not turn their health around. Why would anyone choose that if they knew that they had a choice? I can tell you why, because they are so damaged within that they’ve lost their will – yet I still believe that they can turn things around if they should choose to do so.
Maintaining health is an inside job.
Building health is an inside job.
Healing is an inside job.
Once we begin to supply the body with its true requirements, it’s only a matter of time before the body corrects itself. If we are willing to take the time, and to put in the effort, health will be the eventual result. There are individuals that I work alongside that have suffered most of their lives. A common question I get is “how long will it take for my body to heal”? If anyone can answer this question, I do not believe that they are being truthful. There are so many factors, and variables, that go into the healing equation that it is an impossibility to predict, and it certainly cannot be rushed with any product or procedure. To these individuals I always have the same answer, and sometimes, I feel like a broken record, yet it is the truth that I’ve come to realize through experience in my own situation and with others. Health and healing Cann’t be predicted or rushed, that is why we adopt a change in lifestyle, not a “diet”. Our body heals in its own time and it is our job to create the correct environment within (and without) to heal, and then, we just need to get out of the way. Patience is required, it took many years to build your health issues, it may take may years to undo them. Healing is similar to walking backwards in time, it’s a slow unravel of all thats been ravelled up within, and sometimes it is difficult to endure, while other times you will feel on top of the world!
There is no telling how long your body will take to heal
There is the guarantee however, that if you begin somewhere with slowly eliminating the foods and choices that build your health issues overtime, your health will improve overtime. There is the guarantee that the more selective you become with that which you allow within, the healthier you will become overtime. We all heal at different rates, and our weaknesses are our own, and entering the world of detoxification takes time and effort. You must be prepared to go through some tough times to reach better times. If you are looking for any guidance on where to start, or which foods to eliminate first and which to incorporate in order to begin building health, I am here, and I invite you to book a one on one consultation with me. It’s all how we view things, and we have so much more to gain in this life if we view this path in a positive light, instead of focussing on all the foods that must be eliminated for a healthier version of yourself! Sometimes it is time to let go and to embrace change because it is that change that your body so desires to live pain free!!
if you want to start taking your HEALTH back and start from the inside, I suggest my previous most recent posts which are based on my 7 year journey that I spoke about previously :

Next week I plan to list, and to explain all the contributing factors that led to my past poor health issues and what steps I took to turn things around. Nothing happens overnight, yet we must get on the road towards making it happen if we desire results.
