Of course events and traumas shape have an impact on our health, however, we can more effectively handle associated stresses and events when the body is in good health – and in turn, these stressful events can impact us more negatively if we are in a state of poor health.
Address the root cause, and all else will fall into place overtime.
No one said it would be easy, pretty much everything of value requires effort
and attention.
If you truly want to live in the moment, and experience life to the fullest while feeling energetic and good each day, it’s up to you to take the necessary steps to get there.
The good news is, we know what is required to bring the body into health! Disease issues and healing unwanted symptoms are not a mystery.
