It’s time for a focus shift.
I’ll still be offering health consultations for those who are healing, detoxifying or just looking to improve their health, however, I’ve discovered a product (finally) that I can get behind because it’s an amazing tool that can assist anyone no matter what stage they are at on their health journey.
No matter if you’re still transitioning to vegan, or a raw vegan, one thing is for sure, we can always improve upon our routines and how we prepare our food.
My focus is shifting slightly to help more people transition to a healthy vegan diet & I’ll be offering easy & amazing recipes made in a unique way to help with the transition process…
I feel that I can be more of a service to humanity by assisting people with their transition process towards vegan.
Even if people begin with eating less meat and milk for example weekly, that’s a win for the animals and for that individuals health.
For myself, I know that I’ll always remain high fruit, mostly raw vegan, but in reality, most people do not want to remain on such a “restrictive” diet, especially after they’ve healed health issues, and are trying to figure out how to eat.
This is where I will be of service.
I’ll be sharing the tools, recipes & ideas to help people get there.
