Does a Truth teller have to be living the truth in order to speak it?
Let’s face it, there are many individuals in the health field that know the truth, speak it, teach it, yet they are not necessarily living it đź’Ż themselves…
Does this type of situation render the truth any less valid?
Ehret has a quote that resonated with me & this is not verbatim, but it went something like this…“truth is truth, it doesn’t matter what I do – or do not do”…
Truth is unwavering, it remains, it just is, no matter the choices we make in our personal lives…
Basically, the truth is not any less valid just because the messenger has a hard time following it themselves…
Yes, we all imagine that our health gurus should be looking perfectly healthy without imperfections for more proof that what they preach is truth…
However, the only way we are going to find the truth for certain is by testing the acquired information on yourself…
Truth is provable, truth is simple…truth is not over complicated to the point where only an “expert” can decipher….
Truth is truth, and just because some messengers are not able to follow the truth that they preach, it doesn’t render truth any less valid (unless you’re looking for justification to continue with unhealthy habits)…
