We truly need to think for ourselves, the misinformation that circulates through mainstream dietary information is often misleading & damaging for our health & wellbeing… two examples of misinformation are “fruits have too much sugar” (wrong, damaging, misinformation) & that we need to ingest “high protein diets” for health (wrong, damaging, disease forming )…
Let us begin with the low carb diet craze…if there’s anything that gets to me, it’s the fact that fructose is lumped into the same category as all other sugars when in fact it does not have the same reaction within from a chemistry standpoint. What many fail to mention, or what they do not know is this: Fruits contain simple sugars, fructose, & fructose enters the cells by simple diffusion & is our proper cellular fuel. Fructose does not require insulin as a carrier in order to be absorbed by the cells of the body for energy. Fruit sugars (carbon)are on the alkaline or base side of chemistry, which is ideal in matters of health, we do not want to be ingesting acid forming foods because this is where disease issues thrive.
If we examine the diets of those who develop acidosis issues such as “cancer”, you will generally find that they were not eating fruits to develop their disease issues, so why fear them now? fruits are not the culprit ….
I made this comment in response to someone stating yet again, that” fruits have too much sugar”..
“fruits are simple sugars, the proper cellular fuel for our bodies… they can help break up aglomated, hardened mucus & waste while neutralizing acids … the individuals healing cancer & diabetes, etc., today, are the ones who have figured out the power & importance of a high fruit diet…especially when the body is dealing with systemic acidosis (from head to toe), most other foods, especially those high in protein will exasperate the issue & cause more pain & suffering…
Do you know what “sugars” should be avoided, & are technically sweeter than fruits? The complex sugars such as grains & starchy foods, these foods cause health issues, the fruits do not… so please, maybe it’s time to go around stating now that “starches have too much sugar”…that is far more accurate. When someone is suffering with disease, the first thing to examine is their previous dietary habits, I bet that they were not eating fruits daily on an empty stomach when they developed their health issues, the same goes with diabetics, did they eat a diet high in fruits to develop diabetes?
No… fruits are astringent, hydrating, cleansing and basically the only food that can help repair the damage in time resulting from a diet of acid forming foods such as the grains, meats, dairy (cross speciesism), eggs, processed foods, and all sugary foods aside from fruits!!
Never fear the only food group that can help to create the correct environment within the human body to heal, what should we fear?
The misinformation that circulates & gets parroted throughout the general population in the name of science, some of it is so damaging for humanities health & wellbeing that you have to wonder how they got it so wrong…Those that avoid the very fruits that we were designed for, miss out on true health…
