What does the
body require to get well & to heal? (One disease, one root cause, many

digestive rest is required, and the removal/release or elimination of the OLD, STAGNANT, LYMPHATIC WASTE which builds up & resides throughout the body until disease or detoxification\cleansing takes place, whichever comes first…
Digestive rest allows our damaged/compromised organs & glands a chance to heal & to regenerate in order to function as they were designed to….
How can we remove this waste that lingers, causing imbalance & issues within?
Through a mucusless transitional vegan way of eating, or by adopting a high fruit diet (combined with herbs for some) while incorporating periods of digestive rest (short fasts or intermittent fasting when appropriate & prepared for)…
This is the cold, hard truth.:: there isn’t anything that we can eat, or take, to replace this fundamental truth…This is a beautiful truth when the bigger picture is realized…
The fruits help to hydrate, loosen, & to break up the old waste within that we must remove in order to get things flowing again…the fruits & natural hydrating foods are cleansing chemistry …🍇
It’s the digestive rest that creates the environment for our bodies to focus on other tasks such as removing obstructions / waste / acids / mucus that cause our internal disease / discomfort / symptoms …simple habits such as pushing break-fast back an hour or two later & only drinking a hydrating lemon water or freshly squeezed orange juice daily can have a tremendous healing effect overtime…
I’m a huge advocate of a proper transition diet leading to a diet of fruits for detoxification – in order to not only buffer waste that can wreak havoc on one’s body when not properly eliminated, but to prepare the body & mind, it’s a step that must be fully understood & realized for many reasons …
A transition diet also helps to clear out some obstructions before we dig deeper with fruits…
Of course we have many individuals that have success diving immediately into fruits, however, many do not given their poor health states – without a well carried out transition diet, which means ingesting the foods that are the least harmful for the body outside of fruits (with some fruits included of course) – meaning, ingesting foods that leave the least residues within …
However you choose to get there, realize that “get there” we must (not forever if it’s not your desire) in order to remove our internal obstructions & to heal our poor, compromised organs and glands from many years of unintentional abuse through the continual ingestion of acid forming foods that were not designed for our physiology…
