Apple juice cleanse!!

I completed 6 days on apple juice yesterday , I ate 2 apples in those 6 days & last night I broke the apple juice cleanse with my raw applesauce which was a few dates blended with 4 apples & topped with some raisins.  To be honest, for once in my life, it tasted too sweet!! I love sweet, nothing is EVER too sweet for meeeeeee!

I don’t have anything extraordinary to report aside from feeling lighter, full of energy – complete with amazing sleeps (I generally sleep well anyways).

My stretching / yoga sessions felt extra special, I just felt so light, free & more flexible than usual – even though I didn’t loose or gain any weight.

I’ve been navigating in & out of juice, water, fruit cleansing on & off for over 8 years now so it’s going to take a lot more than a week on fruit juice.  If I want to dig deep & initiate detox symptoms I’ve got to do a water only fast only- yet I’ve got things to do, so juice cleansing it is!

In the past. I eliminated a lot of mucus/toxins/parasites, I paid my dues to make up for my poor dietary/lifestyle choices in the past & to get to where I am today.

Building health never takes a holiday, our body is continually changing and it’s a continual -daily effort to maintain a healthy body & life.

Not a day goes by that I am not thankful that I can exist on apples alone!! Not a day goes by that I am not thankful for having discovered the truth regarding our species appropriate diet because without this information, I would likely be deep in big trouble health wise as I already was when I finally discovered it.

Last year I did an entire month on apples only! I had apples whole, my raw apple sauce & apple juice for 30 days…

Anyways, I just thought I would share my experience this time around.  Remember, once you heal malabsorption issues (which almost everyone suffers from) & eliminate / remove that waste that coats & blocks nutrient absorption, we can live just fine – without issue on one type of fruit without any major weight fluctuations or issues that warrant the label “nutrient deficient”.

Nature provides – provided we live in accordance with her laws – yet we must understand her laws in order to thrive – otherwise we are just following the “experts” who are so off when it comes to diet/disease information, it’s just unreal.

So not a day goes by that I am not thankful to have found literature (that saved my health) written in the early 1900s explaining the simple truths with how to keep our body in good health.  Health is where the body wants to be, the body is always striving for health & to correct itself, we just need to simplify & to get out of the way!
