Here we are, in the middle of a disease forming dietary food epidemic…

A silent war is being fought within the bodies & minds of most individuals in existence…

It is very uncommon to come across an individual in good health…

Even our interpretations of what good health looks like is left to be questioned…

Discovering that fruits & fasting can heal the body is easier said than done- for the majority, which renders this truth almost unbelievable because most of us were raised on everything BUT fruits…

Thinking that everyone can find the will to revert back to our natural origins of a fruit diet from some time ago is unreasonable for various reasons..

We’ve had generations, upon generations, of eating degenerating/disease forming, acidic, foods, therefore we not only have our genetic encumbrances to heal, but our cells have memory which can keep us locked in patterns until we engage in deep cleansing work…

What is realistic during this point in time?

Learning the truth, realizing that it cannot be done overnight (for most people) & admitting that we’ve all been misled, deceived & taught to harm our bodies with frequent daily meals consisting of the wrong, acid forming fuel which does not warrant health, in fact, quite the opposite as we can all see.

How do we know this is the truth? Because ANYONE can test a fruit diet on their own bodies and witness healing ….Because anyone can learn the truth about the diet/disease correlation and apply it, the truth is never too complicated for people to understand because all truth once originated as an innate understanding or instinctual within all of us – this is why most believable lies contain some truth or are a distortion of truth.  Truth is energy which cannot be destroyed. 

A proper transition diet ( vegan) from the extreme of meat, egg & dairy eating to a fruit diet for cleansing & healing purposes is highly advisable… In a sense, we must revert slowly over to our natural origins & allow the body adequate opportunity to adapt with less shock mentally & physically…A proper transition prepares body & mind for the next level of healing…Arnold Ehret knew the importance of a transition diet for many reasons that Ill discuss in another post.

I’m not advocating that anyone live on a 💯 fruit diet if it doesn’t call out to you…

However, it must be recognized that we cannot heal the root cause of our health issues unless one finds their way over to the all fruit level for an extended period of time in order to detoxify & heal.

I feel it’s very realistic to view fruits as our medicine, a staple, our healing companions…for many, myself included, after experiencing the healing powers that a high fruit diet offers, fruits have become a way of life, and no longer a diet at all. I’m not saying that one has to remain on 100% fruits only to live a long and disease-free life, however, a diet high in fruits is definitely the correct path to get there.

Ingesting fruits supplies our bodies with a much-needed break from the difficult & “energy draining task” of digestion, then the body can use that energy, or life force towards healing…

So, whatever your diet may consist of, that is your choice…obviously…

Hopefully you are not under any illusions & do not deny the now very obvious impact that our diets have upon our health.  No matter what anyone says, the truth is, our diets affect our health and our diets either build disease or help to maintain health…

people are already planting fruit trees & planning week long fruit fasts when those fruits mature, for healing purposes….people are waking up to these truths thanks to all the amazing people spreading & sharing the truth and living the truth, in order for others to see. 

I see individuals buying local fruits as a form of healthcare, & it to be common place to take a week long grape fast…

I see individuals using their vacation time from work to go somewhere warm to eat nothing but fruits…

I see our shelves & our fridges as fruit medicine cabinets…

I see conscious individuals who realize that while the foods they have grown up on are less than ideal, they can slowly incorporate the hydrating & live fruits into their everyday diets no matter what stage they are at …

I see people leaving the world of allopathic advice, unnecessary surgeries & pharmaceuticals to let nature & the fruit heal them, the way nature intended.

We can enter & exit detoxification at will…we can tailor this knowledge to our individual situations…

We can slowly return to a natural way of eating & living without pressure …

Of course I have to add that dairy, meat, eggs & grains will continue to degenerate your health as they are the foods that create disease issues that many struggle with today (other contributors are pharmaceuticals, outside toxins, stress, lack of sunlight, chemical water, vaccines, etc)…

There are amazing -healthy- transition -vegan -foods that one can eat for a while before entering the world of detoxification…

Here are a few examples of transition foods & a few tips…

•if eating any mucus forming foods such as beans, rice, lentils, etc… always soak them well & eat them on top of a large green leafy salad to aid with elimination…

•if eating nuts or seeds, sprout, soak or roast them well, before eating to eliminate some of the mucus forming properties

•baked squash & lightly steamed vegetables leave almost no residue within the body, & although they do not contain “electricity” or “life force energy” that living, raw foods possess, they are not harmful to the body & can be eaten guilt free…

•detoxification requires eating fruits only, you can enter & exit detoxification at will, on your time & schedule & willingness…

•if eating bread or grain items, always toast them well to eliminate the mucus forming properties…

•It’s ideal to minimize all condiment use, especially salt… buy celery salt or dehydrate celery & grind it up as a salt substitute that won’t harm the body…

•if I were to choose 3 items to eat regularly from the mucus forming / starchy food category it would be quinoa, true wild rice or coconut bread…

•I’ll say it again, the top degenerating foods for the human body are DAIRY PRODUCTS, EGGS & MEAT and there is not one good reason to consume these foods. People that eat animal products are more addicted to the stimulating effects that animal products have on the body…If an individual still chooses to ingest these health degenerating foods, with all of the other food options available today, that individual is directly contributing to not only harming themselves, but to harming our declining natural world in ways they cannot see, for if they did, any decent human being would stop it at once…

We may not all want to return to fruits permanently, and that is okay, however, if we learn how to use fruits medicinally, & learn what other foods exist that we can eat that do the least harm within our body, it’s a win win:..

The human- race is brilliant & resilient & in serious trouble health wise…we are led astray quite easily through misinformation produced by those who stand to profit because of our ignorance, over consumption & health issues…we can now overcome our health issues because we have learned how to heal ourselves through mucusless diet & regenerative detoxification!
