Meat can take well past 24 hours to break down & digest… The majority of people have already eaten another meal- or two- within that 24 hours, meaning that their digestive system doesn’t receive a break, meaning that countless individuals can go an entire lifetime without ever giving their digestive systems that vital rest in order to heal & to release…
After a certain point, the body has had enough, and this is the point where symptoms arise that we humans have labelled as disease…
