What gets me are those individuals who state that a “vegan diet does not work, so they must return to meat”.

There is no such thing as a “vegan diet”… as no two vegans eat alike, because the only guidelines are to not cause harm to animals & not to consume their products…

Aside from avoiding animal cruelty, anything else goes, and there are a lot of Vegan foods out there to choose from … vegan is not a specific diet…

an individual can eat oreos, McDonalds & beans all day, or an individual could be eating fresh salads & fruits….Who knows?

Both subjects are 💯 vegan, however, one will inevitably feel worse than the other & most likely go on to demonized a vegan diet because they did not know how to eat in a healthy way…

this is precisely how the groundwork is laid for utter confusion & misinformation regarding Vegan diets.
