Q:  So many vegans appear to be pale, sick & do not seem any better off health wise than the average person, so why should I quit meat?

A- This is common…. as no two “vegans” eat alike…. The term “vegan” is not a specific diet, it’s an ethical stance….It is very common for many vegans to consume high protein foods in their diets such as legumes, grains, nuts, rice, or packaged junk vegan foods….These are not health promoting foods, yes, they are a step up from animal products and meats, however, these foods create acids/mucus/inflammation within the body and are constipating & encumbering. This is often why many vegans appear pale and suffer with malabsorption issues.
A large portion of Vegans need to learn the difference between a “Junk food Vegan diet” and a Plant Based Healthy Vegan diet if they wish to lead by example – otherwise people turn back to meat & dairy due to not experiencing the benefits from the Vegan diet.::

Note: beans & grains can be helpful as transition foods when first eliminating the most harmful foods such as Meat, dairy & eggs…It is best to eat these foods moderately, with the intention of eliminating them all together later.  Other transition foods that cause less obstructions and are less harmful to the body are foods such as Yams, spaghetti squash or steamed veggies.

Q:  I went back to eating meat & I feel much better with a ton of energy than when I was eating a vegan diet, why?

A- “meat produces in the beginning stimulating strength & energy until the entire organism is penetrated by it and the break-down inevitable.” Meat is a stimulant, once eliminating it from the diet, a down period or a period of low energy is common.  Once putrefaction sets in, the body must eliminate these poisons caused by meat consumption immediately… the breakdown of meats leads to inflammation and interstitial acidosis with prolonged consumption.

Note: meat is less encumbering to the human body than grains, beans & rice… and the stimulating effect meat creates is addictive, giving the user a temporary euphoric feeling causing the individual to want more… it’s a false sense of health & the irony is that when people jump back & forth from meat to beans & grains? They are all acid forming within the body to different degrees.

Q:  Well if meat, dairy, eggs, grains, legumes & rice is bad for the body what is there left to eat?

A- we have been programmed to eat often, and to think we need a ton of variety of foodstuff to keep us healthy… this leads to overconsumption & leads us away from the simple truth. 3 meals a day is overconsumption…3 meals a day is good for industry but not for the human body. The body benefits from periodic digestive rests.
Like all animals, our diets are meant to be simple… fruits, greens, veggies & herbs… When you finally get to this level, there is more variety than you realize.  let this sink in… yes, it’s difficult & mind boggling to accept, however, if you can’t accept this truth overtime, health issues are inevitable, our bodies were designed for specific types of foods and when we violate this natural law, we pay a price.

Note: It is advisable to properly transition away from the SAD diet, nothing happens overnight.   I took 2 years of a transition diet before I began eating only fruits & vegetables.

Q:  I constantly have to eat to feel satisfied, why?

A- when we are eating our bodies are involved with the complicated task of digestion. The body only works on one major task at a time… the more toxic our bodies, the more often we want to eat, why? To suppress the elimination of poisons & acids within our bodies….to avoid feeling crappy….If we don’t eat, the digestive system takes a break & the body will work to release these toxemias within… this is why fasting is so uncomfortable for many, nobody wants to feel crappy…the cleaner our bodies get the easier it becomes….In time, the urge to eat lessens as our bodies become cleaner & healthier.

Q:  I thought Dairy supplied our bodies with Calcium?

A- Dairy is by far the worst food that humans ingest. We were taught that by ingesting dairy we supply our bodies with calcium… this couldn’t be further from the truth, It’s actually the exact opposite….Dairy is highly mucus forming & acid forming within the body… acidity within allows bacteria to thrive & when you ingest acid forming substances such as dairy, the blood draws the calcium from your connective tissues to maintain the bodies blood PH of around 7.2 …. the mucus dairy creates within contributes to excess weight & gets stored throughout your tissues & organs – interrupting their normal functions & acidosis…. eventually leading to systemic acidosis (backed up from head to toe)…..
Even medical doctors know to tell a patient to stop eating dairy when sick- due to the mucus forming properties.

Q:  How will I get my B12 or protein or other vitamins & minerals that my body needs if I only eat natural whole foods?

A- man has overcomplicated our diets & our bodies requirements.  When eating a whole food, natural diet – nature will provide all that we need in the correct quantities. Yes it may take time for your body to normalize & to work through malabsorption issues that were originally created from acids & mucus present in the body from years of wrong dietary choices ….Taking a vitamin or supplement is not going to save you, in fact these man made isolates harm the body & throw it off balance… Vitamins & supplements do not heal the root cause as to why you may be deficient and at best they suppress symptoms. The body only recognizes whole foods, everything else gets passed off as waste or adds to the waste accumulation within…

Q:  I tried a healthy diet & I had no energy, lethargic, etc… it just didn’t work, why?

A- It took 20-35 years or more of wrong eating to get to where you are at health wise today… it’s going to take a while to return to health…to revert back….natural foods do not stimulate the body like meat, coffee, salts, vinegars or eggs do… this is not a diet you try for a week or a month, it’s a lifestyle that requires patience.  This is a lifestyle that anyone can come to love overtime as the body cleans itself out & heals.  This is why a transition diet tailored to your individual current habits & lifestyle is so important.

Q:  I began eating fruits & my skin broke out & I felt like crap, fruits made me feel worse, why?

A- fruits do not cause your health issues. Fruits will expose the health issues you already have in your body due to their powerful astringent, detoxifying & cleansing abilities. If you feel bad eating fruits, then you are more encumbered than you may realize. It’s not the fruits fault…Just take things slower, you can even lightly bake fruits at the beginning as to not initiate such a cleansing reaction… fruits are the most powerful food on this planet & the most health promoting for our bodies – they will react favorably once your body is cleaner.

Q:  Fruits are way to high in sugar, are you telling me sugars are good?

A- fructose is a simple sugar. Did you know that grains & beans for example are complex sugars & are technically sweeter than fruits? We equate sugar with sweetness which is another misleading fallacy.  Fruits do not contain too much sugar, this is  harmful misinformation.

There is more sugar in bread than there is in fruit. The simple sugars of fruits feed & build the blood, you cannot compare them to the complex sugars which are acid forming….the confusion lies when medical science extracts fructose & studies the effects on the body from fructose alone…. if you are eating the whole fruit which is fructose, carbon, fibre, fats & proteins in the amounts designed for the human body, then it’s the perfect food…. you can’t extract one element such as fructose & study it without its counterparts involved… then declare its bad ….see the idiocy? People now fear the most healing foods on our planet.

Q:  If meat is so bad, why have we been eating it for thousands of years and what about the Inuit?

  1. first of all, we have this programming that tradition cannot be challenged… just because something has been done a certain way for a long time, it does not mean they got it right… the Inuits average lifespan is 45 years, this is simply surviving, it is NOT thriving healthwise? I don’t claim to know the chain of events that led to man to stray from his species specific diet that eventually led to meat consumption, but we do know now  the effects meat has within the human body & there is nothing healthy about ingesting death…it just leads to inflammation & disease….

Note:  Louis pasteur admitted on his death bed that his invention of pasteurization for the preservation of milk products was harming the human race…. he felt regret…this is how “tradition” gets started… someone starts doing something a certain way & gives many good & believable reasons why to do it….people adopt these practices generation after generation without question until one day individuals begin to look around to see that the world is sick & full of discomfort & disease… we are not living longer….maybe it’s time to do things a little differently… the evidence is all around…

Conclusion: we have been misled when it comes to our bodies & our true dietary requirements. There are plenty of people figuring this out … they are healing & detoxifying from the scariest of diseases that medical doctors claim there is no cure… if you do not clean up your diet & figure out the truth, then you will be left behind & will most likely suffer to one degree or another . All the misinformation we’ve been fed, allergies of all sorts is simply your bodies reaction to a certain products not meant for the human body… the root cause stems from within, your body is highly toxic & encumbered with mucus & acids to facilitate the reaction from whatever is triggering it… we have to become our own doctors because clearly the medical profession is not in business to heal root causes… they are good at giving out chemical medicine to suppress your symptoms while never healing the root cause & eventually you will have to deal with them again later on in life , however, it will be worse because the pharmaceuticals taken suppress the symptoms and drive them deeper within.

Health is wealth- and nobody can heal your body for you…. the truth is simple, it’s just our minds & programming that over complicate our abilities to live in accordance with our body’s natural requirements.
