If there is one thing that I’ve discovered along this journey towards healing and vibrant health is the importance of taking dietary changes slow if you have the time.  It took at 20+ years for your body to show symptoms of disease & pain.  Reverting back to our species specific diet the way nature intended takes time & patience. However, if you are dealing with debilitating health issues or experience pain & inflammation, it is advisable to take the situation seriously and heal your health issues as soon as possible.

We are creatures of habit & through working with many different individuals, I’ve come to learn that while there are certain foods with which allow our bodies to thrive & heal, it often requires an individual approach to achieve this.

It’s not easy waking up to the fact that most of the dietary information we have been taught is false. For example we are taught that high protein diets are optimal, only to wake up & find out that these protein diets are large contributing factors to the disease and most of the health issue we see around us.   When we make slow changes, we allow our bodies and minds to adapt and  the welcome new changes without stress.  Taking it slow allows us to systematically eliminate foods and habits  that are harmful to our bodies- while slowly replacing those foods with less harmful options with the intent to eliminate them all together when you are ready.  In the first year on a transition diet, your body will  cleanse and eliminate old waste,  and major food cravings will arise. I found that it is best to indulge these cravings in the healthiest way possible, which is where I can help as I’ve discovered many recipe, food ideas and transitional advice that work.  Over time food cravings will become a distant memory but in the first year or so they can become a big part of your life. Transitioning slowly to a healthier lifestyle is something that anyone can do no matter what their situation is, as long as you have the will.  When I first began this journey, I had no idea what health even felt like because I had never experienced it, and this is the case for so many others.  I feel so lucky to have discovered the truth about health and that I was able to prove this information on myself.  We are living in a world filled with ignorance, misinformation and individuals / corporations that put profits before health.  In my eyes, there is absolutely nothing more important than obtaining the best health possible.  When your healthy everything around you improves.  True health is not in a bottle, or a box, or a supplement.     True health is within each and everyone of us & we just need the correct knowledge to get there.  Feel free to contact me if you would like to get started.  I offer Iridology readings so that we can determine and locate where your health issues lie within.  I also create a detailed health analysis based off of the iridology reading and health questionnaire which includes dietary and herbal protocols and much more.   Please feel free to contact me for more information.
